Information I collect
When you order, I may collect your name, mobile number, pickup selection, order details, and payment status. I collect only what I need to coordinate your order, pickup, and customer support.
How I use information
I use order information to confirm your order, provide pickup updates, answer questions, maintain order history, and operate the Chef Shayala service. I do not use your information for unrelated advertising without your separate permission.
Text messages
If you check the consent box at checkout, Chef Shayala may send transactional text messages such as order confirmations, an advance pickup-address reminder, and ready-for-pickup notifications. Consent is optional and is not required to purchase. Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile-number privacy
I do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. I may share information with service providers that help me operate ordering, messaging, hosting, or payment workflows, solely to provide those services.
