Chef Shayala

These terms apply to orders placed through Chef Shayala’s Pizza for Motzei Shabbos pickup in Jackson 21.
An order reserves the selected number of 11-inch Classic pies and pickup window. Orders are not considered paid until Chef Shayala confirms the Zelle payment. Include your order code in the Zelle memo.
Chef Shayala’s Pizza is pickup only; delivery is not offered. Please arrive during your selected pickup window and have your pickup code available. Your selected pickup time is your responsibility. Orders should be picked up within 15 minutes of the selected time. After the 15-minute grace period, I cannot guarantee that your order will be held, and the pizza may be released to another customer. Missed pickups are not automatically eligible for a refund.
Because pies are prepared in limited batches, contact Chef Shayala as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Refunds, credits, or complimentary orders are handled case by case and may depend on whether preparation has begun.
Quantities and pickup windows are limited. I may close ordering, adjust a window, or contact you if an operational issue affects your order. If I cannot fulfill an order, I will arrange a refund or another resolution.
Opting in to SMS updates is highly recommended so you can receive pickup reminders, order-status updates, delay notifications, and Ready notifications from Chef Shayala’s Pizza. Consent is optional, is not required to order, and is not a condition of purchase. During service, I am actively making pizzas and generally cannot answer calls or individual messages. Your selected pickup time remains valid whether or not you opt in to text updates or receive a reminder. Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply. The Classic pie contains wheat, fresh tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, basil, honey, extra virgin olive oil, and sea salt. Please contact Chef Shayala before ordering with allergy questions.
